Food Shopping

No one can genuinely enjoy going to the supermarket. It's just one of those chores you have to do if you want to survive. If you enjoy it, there's something wrong with you and you cannot be trusted 😬

If there's one thing worse than a supermarket shop, it's a supermarket shop near Christmas...absolute mayhem. There's people with their trolleys piled high like a jenga tower, full of booze and party food, wobbling around through all the aisles. People definitely get more aggressive in shops towards the festive season...and I thought it was a time to be merry and bright. Well I can definitely say this did not describe the people in Asda on the weekend before Christmas day...😳

I always seem have the worst luck at picking a dodgy trolley too, it usually has a wheel broken or sways one way more than the other when you push it😠 It just makes the shopping experience even worse than it should have to be, because you're having to do a workout at the same time in order to prevent accidentally steering into someone.

Nightmare.

People who do their shopping online and get it delivered have the right idea, no human interaction apart from the man who turns up at your door with the bags who simply says hi and bye👋 Bliss.  The only issue with this is when they don't have something in stock and they bring you a 'replacement' item, which is usually not at all what you wanted and you're then stuck with it.

Moral of the story is, food shopping sucks👎
